Supervision & appropriate checks
Programme-specific suitability checks, role boundaries and supervision must be arranged before access is granted. These are prerequisites for future delivery, not a claim that a background-check system is already operating.

Images & communication
Do not photograph or publish children without documented permission. Do not record their names, school, health or contact details in a coaching portfolio. Use agreed adult-supervised communication channels; avoid private contact with children.

Raise a concern and stop when needed
Stop an activity if safety is uncertain and alert the designated on-site responsible person. That person and the reporting process must be named before a programme starts.
