Before · Pre-departure learning
Define your coaching objectives, prepare football English, understand the host methodology and write observation questions. Decide what would be useful to examine in your own programme after returning.

During · Immersion
Depending on confirmed agreements, learning could involve coach education, observation, workshops, club visits, mentor discussions or practical activities. A visit does not imply access to professional-team training or permission to coach children.

After · Application
Reflect, redesign a session, present what you learned and build an action plan. Review which ideas fit your players and setting, and which require adaptation. Hearing an idea is the start; using it thoughtfully is the next step.
