What an enquiry would collect

Name, preferred contact method and value, role, programme or partnership interest, language, privacy acknowledgement and optional marketing consent. City, coaching experience and goals are optional. The form is for adults; do not send identity documents, children’s data or health information.

Purpose and service providers

Enquiry data would be used to respond and follow up. The implementation uses Neon for storage and is compatible with Vercel hosting; neither a live database nor hosting region is confirmed here. GitHub OAuth is for authorised staff authentication only. Provider regions and any cross-border handling must be documented before collection.

Choice, sharing and technical records

Marketing consent is separate and off by default. There is no automatic sharing with SoccerRangers, TFS Talent or other brands. No marketing tracker is loaded. Security controls use keyed IP hashes, not raw IP storage; security buckets expire after 24 hours and require scheduled cleanup. Hosting providers may retain their own technical access logs under their policies.

Email and phone use their own providers; contacting Dan directly is separate from this disabled online form.
