01

Learn → Design

Select one framework principle and identify a football problem. Define an observable learning objective, then design the task, space, player numbers and rules. Record why the activity should create relevant decisions.

02

Coach → Observe

Explain the task and allow players to explore it. Notice participation, challenge and game behaviour. Choose whether a question, demonstration, constraint change or more playing time best serves the objective.

03

Reflect → Adapt

Separate what happened from your interpretation. Discuss a decision with a peer or mentor, then choose one adjustment and an observation for the next session. Keep a plan, observation note, feedback record and next-step rationale.

04

From the cycle to supervised practice

The method is part of the framework. Access to a specific placement is separate and depends on permissions, supervision and safeguarding. Initial independently organised in-person practice is based in China, with Shenzhen as the proposed starting city; dates and venues are unconfirmed.
